For the first dance of a wedding, need some picking advice?

For a wedding couple first dance song, is it bad to pick a song like: "Everything I Own" by Bread, which speaks of someone that is deceased or not with the person anymore?
I mean, that is a nice song but I feel it might be "silly" to play it with what it is saying. However, on the flip side it is a real nice song and the meaning behind it alone is nice, so I think that is O.K.
I’m stuck…:(
Any opinions?

uhh..honestly, yea i don’t think you u should play that song first, although you might get the meaning..a more romantic song that expresses how much you both care and love each other is more appropriate in my opinion. i hope everything works out for you and Congratulations on your engagement!
